About UP Seva Mandal – 

Uttar Pradesh Co – operative Institution Board operates under the Ministry of Cooperative, Uttar Pradesh Government. UP Seva Mandal uses the efficient methods for all their recruitment processes. UP Co – operative Institutional Service Board is formed with the mission of bringing uniformity in the service rules and disciplinary control of the institutions in the UP state Government as there were no service rules for employees of the co-operative institutions before the year 1972.

For recruitment & other works, co – operative institutes have been using their own methods. Enlargement of the Co – operative institution & extension in working area made it necessary for the institutions to be brought with uniformity in the service rules, district level, state level co-operative staff recruitment & disciplinary control of Institutions. For this object, the state government of Uttar Pradesh formed the U. P. Co – Operative Institutional Service Board.

This board now consist of a Chairman, two other members, and a Secretary. Chairman & other members are appointed by the Co – Operative Dept level of Additional Registrar. The Chairman & Members are of senior ex – cadre post working in higher pay scales.
